How much does it cost a former student to request documents from their Student Record?
Official Transcript: $5 per transcript + $3 flat fee per order.
Unofficial Transcript: $5 per transcript + $3 flat fee per order.
Description: An official transcript is a copy of your high school academic record and includes: graduation status and date, classes taken in high school and grades. Only the Official Transcript will be embossed with a Mobile County Public Schools seal and signed by an official of Mobile County Public Schools.
Official High Transcripts are only sent to asking agencies, they are not sent directly to the former student.
Duplicate Diploma: $15 per copy + $3 flat fee per order.
Description: A replacement diploma looks like the original diploma and is printed by Mobile County Public Schools. It contains an embossed seal and may have signatures of the current authorized Mobile County Schools personnel. Allow approximately 2 weeks for processing.
How much does it cost an authorized 3rd Party to request documents from a Student’s record?
Official Transcript: $20 per transcript + $12 flat fee per order.
Graduation Verification: $20 per verification + $12 flat fee per order.
Description: Graduation Verifications are transmitted via email and include verification of High School Name, Last Year Attended, Status, and authorized Records Department personnel name verifying the information.
Official transcripts will have embossed seal and signature of authorized Mobile County Public School personnel.
How long does it take to process a request?
Typically, requests take 2-4 business days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon completion of your request. Requests are not processed during scheduled school holidays or weather-related school closures.
Can you confirm when my college has received my transcript?
We do not confirm when a particular college, employer or agency actually receives or processes the transcript. Please be aware that in busy times colleges and universities may take several days to process incoming transcripts.
Can I get a copy of my SAT Scores? ACT Scores
SAT and ACT scores may be listed in your transcript depending on your graduation date. If they are not, you must request those from
