Typically, requests take 5-10 business days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon completion of your request. Requests are not processed during scheduled school holidays or weather-related school closures.

We cannot confirm when a particular college, employer or agency actually processes the transcript. Please be aware that in busy times colleges and universities may take several days to process incoming transcripts.

SAT and ACT scores may be listed in your transcript depending on your graduation date. If they are not, you must request those from www.collegeboard.org or call 866.756.7346 www.actstudent.org or call 319-337-1270
